A place where butterflies drift across the wind,

A place which is, from this world, very far..

That is the place you come from,

You are quite different from these mortal souls,

Against The Odds..

Life at times is so unpredictable,

Just like an atom which can be unstable..

Sometimes its good, sometimes bad,

But no matter what, it always takes us ahead..

It is a journey where we are the travellers,

It is a ship and we are the sailors..

It can make us the most evolved species,

But in no time it can also break us into pieces..

It makes us face many difficulties,

But it also provides us with many faculties..

We are placed in situations where we feel we have lost,

But we need to rise from there at any cost..

Look at life positively and you'll become bolder,

Because beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder..

Challenges will always come in your way,

But learn not to turn your face away..

Think differently,and solve every problem bit by bit,

Because a problem cannot be solved with the same mind that created it..

However big a problem is,go through its every lap,

Because a journey of thousand miles begins with a single step..

Chase your dreams and you'll admit,

That if you can dream it, you can achieve it..

Don't worry if no one stands with you,

Because you yourself are enough to explore something new..

Even if people are against you, and they don't care,

Always remember,even the plane takes off against the air..

Meeting Life..

On my way towards eternity,

With the flying time as my mate,

Somewhere in the middle of my journey,

Meeting life was my fate..

It showed me the things I was unaware of,

The things which were hidden inside me,

The things which were in front of my eyes,

But then too I was unable to see..

I saw Life standing in front of me,

And I decided to take a break from my journey,

Life gave me a dish of happiness to taste,

And believe me,it tasted as sweet as honey..

This Life comprised almost everything,

All the joyful moments and sorrows,

The memories which were built in the past,

Or which were still to be framed tomorrow..

I realized that in this run towards eternity,

I had kept my Life aside,

But now as it right in front of me.

Ill continue my journey with Life by my side..

So as I again start moving towards eternity,

This time, with Life as my mate,

It now accompanies me and directs my way,

Leading me to the eternity's gate..

Growing Up..

Growing is a life long process,

We grow at all instances,

Experiencing the vices and virtues in our way,

And learning to bounce back from all circumstances..

Looking back at time we see ourselves as kids,

The golden period of our life,

When tension and stress had no meaning,

And life was as easy as counting one to five..

But as all good things come to an end,

So did our golden childhood,

But it left with us those beautiful memories,

And preserving them is something that we should..

We began to grow and meet the real world,

We learnt to carry responsibilities,

We tried to stand on our own feet,

And learnt to come up with our abilities..

And soon we come to a phase,

Where we are bound to take decisions,

Where its important for us to part right from wrong,

And it requires a lot of precision..

Finally comes the stage of preaching,

Where we share our experience with this world,

When our words make up our personality,

And in our own emotions we are curled..

And we know that we grew up when we learnt to bare,

We grew up when we started facing our fears,

We grew up when we started speaking our heart's language,

And we grew up when our loud cries turned into silent tears..

This complete process of growing,

Has it's own importance,

Because its not only about physical or mental growth,

It's all about gaining experience..

Walking In The Light Of Hope..

I am walking in the light of hope,

With some dreams in my eyes,

Heading towards the shore of success,

With no laughter or cries..

My passion of dreams guides my way,

I walk the path of thorns,

I cross the valley of Destiny,

Which seemed completely shattered and torn..

At times I feel I can't go on,

But that light of hope never fades,

It pushes me up and encourages me,

Saying that its only hard-work with which histories are made,

So I get up and start moving again,

With the same passion in my heart,

Until I achieve my goals and aims,

And my dreams and reality can never part..

As I move closer towards my dreams,

The light of hope gets brighter,

I find myself nearer my goal,

And I hold on my passion of dreams tighter..

I am still on my journey and I have learnt,

That there's nothing with which you can't cope,

Just take your dreams with you in your heart,

And walk in the light of hope..
